Meet Our Staff

At Cadasta, we believe that investing in our team members is the key to an engaging, positive, and productive work environment. We cultivate community with a shared sense of purpose and care for one another, from collaborating on impactful projects to supporting each other in maintaining healthy work-life balance. Our staff is empowered to think creatively and take risks as they own their work, with support and endorsement from their leaders. We seek to include diversity in representation along with this diversity of thought—inclusiveness is the core of our organization’s mission to help marginalized people secure their land rights. This foundational value fosters our commitment to social good, and drives us to create positive impact for people who need it most. To support this goal, we are technologically transparent and culturally open. Cadasta is invested in our team’s success, both as professional individuals and as a community trying to make the world better for everyone.
