Cadasta is committed to a people-first approach and providing an invigorating, dynamic workplace focused on achieving our mission. We have a collaborative, learning-focused environment that helps you reach your full potential while making a positive impact on the world. As a growing organization, in addition to a competitive salary, by January 1, 2019, we will offer a benefits package that will include health, dental, vision, and life insurance, disability, workman’s compensation, and a 401 k retirement plan. Until these full benefits are in place, we currently reimburse employees for health, dental, and vision insurance. In addition, we offer:

  • 20 days paid vacation annually plus 10 sick/personal leave days;
  • 10 National holidays;
  • Monthly reimbursement for public transportation up to $50;
  • Monthly reimbursement for gym membership up to $50;
  • Necessary IT tools;
  • Conference attendance and professional development opportunities.
