Kees is Director at the Dutch Cadastre, Land Registry and Mapping Agency (Kadaster), and holds an MSc. degree in Land and Water Management. After long-term contracts in Rwanda and Bolivia, he spent 10 years in environmental and geo-information sciences at Wageningen University and Research Centre. Following his contractor and research roles, Kees ran the Kadaster product and process innovation department from 2007 to 2010, before moving on to lead Kadaster International’s activities and cooperation projects. Kadaster International provides world-wide advisory services in the domain of land administration, e-governance, geo-information services, and Spatial Data Infrastructure.
