Jean Carla is the Operations Coordinator. She supports the organization’s day-to-day operations, the CEO, and the Board, oversees HR functions and internal communications, organizes events and travel for the organization, plus other operational responsibilities. Jean Carla brings over 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership and program coordination. She previously worked as a U.S. nonprofit Site Director in Bolivia, managing more than 130 volunteer and study abroad programs and working with over 1,200 volunteers from diverse institutions and universities. She has also held roles in marketing, advertising, and public relations, and currently serves as a Board Member of two Bolivian nonprofit organizations.
