Wambayi Wabwire is a senior leader in land governance and land administration with over 10 years of experience shaping and delivering land tenure security programmes across Africa. At Cadasta Foundation, he provides regional technical and programme leadership, guiding the design and implementation of large-scale, inclusive land administration initiatives that strengthen tenure security, climate resilience, and livelihoods. He advises governments, development partners, and civil society organisations on legal and policy reform, safeguards, participatory land registration, and the strategic use of geospatial technologies. Wambayi has an advanced degree in Sustainable Development from the University of Sussex and a BSc in Land Administration from the Technical University of Kenya.
