After 4 years of dedicated service, we bid a heartfelt farewell to Juan Pablo Soliz Molina (better known as JP), who is stepping down from his role as Technology Director at Cadasta Foundation. His contributions have left an indelible mark on our team, shaping the culture, direction, and success of Cadasta in profound ways.

Since joining Cadasta in March 2021, JP has been instrumental in building a strong and talented technical team and providing industry-leading training and strategic growth for Cadasta. His leadership, expertise, and unwavering commitment have not only driven innovation and expertise but have also inspired colleagues and partners alike.

When asked about his departure, JP shared, “I am filled with gratitude for the incredible journey with Cadasta. It has been a privilege to work with a team that consistently delivers innovative solutions that build capacity in communities worldwide. Thank you to everyone who has been part of my journey with Cadasta—your dedication and passion have been truly inspiring. I am looking forward to seeing Cadasta’s mission continue to thrive and create lasting change in the future.”

Beyond his professional accomplishments, JP has been a mentor, a collaborator, and a friend to many. His presence around the team, his wisdom, and his ability to bring people together will be deeply missed.
